Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, within (3) days of receiving the product, you can return or exchange.
Note the following:
- In the event of receiving an incorrect/wrong product, no additional fees for the shipping service will be charged and covered by the store.
- Returns and exchanges are made if the item is in the same condition as the original at the time of purchase.
- In the case of exchange and return, shipping fees are calculated from the customer to the store according to the chosen shipping company, and these fees are non-refundable.
- You cannot exchange or return the product if the product is manufactured to your specifications except in cases of defects or deviations from the specifications you specified.
- In the event that purchases are returned or exchanged for other items of the same value or higher, the price difference will be returned to the customer in the same way in which the payment was made.
The products that have been opened are not exchanged or returned if a defect is not proven in them, noting that the products are not exchangeable or returnable, all that violates or deviates from the warranty conditions such as:
(Misuse – Breakage – Open Product in a State Not in its Natural State).
